Bank of America Mortgage Short Sale DIL Specialist Short Sale Closing- Cash Management Division- November 2009-September 2010

 Account lead for all Freddie Mac incoming short sale wires in producing daily wire reports and monitoring activity for all short sales transactions in the .  Composed of 600-800 daily incoming wires with an average loan volume between $80,000,000-$120,000,000.  Closed short sales are transferred to the claims division for processing.  Short sale closing associates receive all files through a SharePoint program for canceling the short sale file upon completion and for billing the short sale file’s attorney.  All wires are identified with the appropriate loan number.  Initiated the direction and training for 2 Bank of America contract employees in assisting with all projects and activities in association with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae short sale wires.

 Trained these 2 employees to assist with all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac incoming and outgoing wire projects such as changing account codes in AS-400, Fannie Mae incentive fee account debiting, Fannie Mae HSSN cases, Fannie Mae manual cases, and Freddie Mac cancel and billing of accounts.  Created complex Excel reports for filtering and sorting all incoming short sale wires for remittance to Fannie Mae.  Researched all Fannie Mae wire activity through advanced reports utilizing excel vLookups and remitting all required funds to Fannie Mae.  Proficient in Excel 2007, AS-400, Equator, HomeSaver, and Lotus Notes.
