1. I have NOT been contacted in a timely manner in regards to the Administrative Hearing I have requested twice. Contacting me is fine how about an answer? That would be nice. How long does it take?
2. As far as Questions go. You are a public servant working for the public and me in which your department has endangered my family's lives by ignoring material facts. Please do not suggest that I am trying to use you for my counsel because I assure you I am not. You and your department are not creditable to be working on this case due to the fact that you have ignored life threatening material facts.When I do seek counsel it will be creditable I assure you.
3. I am not asking you how to proceed in my case with FARM Credit in which you ARE heavily involved against my wishes.I am simply asking you and your department for a Formal Administrative Hearing before the Farm Credit hearing with Judge Skinner.
4. As I explained the document that I am requesting is missing from the Oculus file or has been moved during this maintenance procedure please explain.
5. Please show me the file on Oculus.
6. According to Mr. Cole's records you and your department are part of the court date in April and to my knowledge you were at the last court date in which you tried to enter and participate in a deposition against me that you had no business attending.Creditable witness Rick Dix.
7.The department has had plenty of time to review my petition for a Formal Administrative Hearing.How long does it take? I am requesting their answer today time is at hand.
8. Janet you are a public servant, a protector of life and a officer of the court.It is your duty and job to answer this question. Do you Janet Tashner stand behind or against the MSDS sheet created by JEA to market Ez Base. Are you against it or for it? You can not and will not ride the fence in this matter as a public servant
3 paid by the tax payers. Please answer the question where do you stand so I can present my case to the Florida Bar.
8. If your department does not want to proceed with the Administrative Hearing please figure out how to resolve this problem and make my family whole again. My time with my family and little girl is much more important to me. Her life and my family's life has been forever effected by this gross negligent act. Please STOP stalling and get the ball rolling. Janet my baby is growing up and I would like her to have a life as any mom or dad wishes for their children.
9. I am requesting you to contact Brian A.Durden with your Solid Waste Department to review his schedule for available deposition date's.Please give me this information as soon as possible as I prepare the request for Judge Skinner with the Clay County Courts. It is my understanding that you Janet would not have to summit to deposition but I am requesting deposition dates for you as well.

Regarding the seven points in your January 24, 2013 email:
1. You were contacted in a timely manner regarding your request for specific documents. Your first request for the inspection documents was sent to the Department on Monday, January 21, a National holiday, on which state offices were closed. The Department responded the following day regarding the documents you requested.
2. Questions are not public records and therefore are not governed under the public records statute. In addition, radioactivity issues are overseen by the Department of Health, not DEP. 3. As for how you should proceed in your case with Farm Credit, I cannot advise you. I do not represent you.
4. As explained, the Department’s databases were down for maintenance over the three‐day weekend. This was part of a state‐wide effort to centralize data and not a Department driven effort.
5. The documents you cite have not been removed from the database and are available online.
6. The Department is not a party to the court date scheduled in April and has no control over whether that date will remain viable. The Department is happy to provide you with the public records you requested and will attempt to answer your questions in accordance with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
7. The Department is reviewing your petition and upon completion of such, an order will be issued.

5 1. I am requesting for the second time what the final number on the WACS 00084365 June 14, 2007 Financial Assurance letter estimate in the amount of $2,198,339.4 and $10,929,363.99. What was the final agreed total? Is this assurance certified and eligible to be transferred to the Johnson family due to Gross Negligence on JEA's behalf to assure my family's medical expense's will be paid.
2. Who in the Department of Environmental protection Agency is responsible for questions I have pertaining to toxic Radioactive material or Radium-226 and Radium-228. Please send me there contact information.
3. Do we need to put a motion in to Judge Skinner with the Clay County Courts to grant us an extra six months?
4. Due to the fact that the Oculus 5.5 site is under maintenance and upon reopening of the site documents have been removed.
5. Please Explain why the documents are no longer on the site?
6. Can FDEP answer these questions in a timely manner so we can move forward and stay on track with our court date in April.
7. Also I am still waiting on your decision Janet about a formal Administrative Hearing. If you are not planning on giving us a formal hearing please explain in writing why this week time is at hand. I want this property cleaned up and my family made whole.
