This class action is brought on behalf of Plaintiff and all other similarly situated individuals who purchased Leffe Beer1, and were deceived by AB’s labeling and packaging into believing that Leffe Beer is brewed in an abbey, and thereby brewed in smaller quantities under the supervision of monks.
