Summer Fun Tour Currently Registering!

Children will experience exciting activities while building new friendships. Weekly activities include movies, swimming (twice per week), special guests, sports, games, arts and crafts, and a field trip based on each week’s theme. A summer reading program and on-site library is provided by Timberland Regional Library. Hot lunch and afternoon snack is included (except last week, Aug. 20-24). Campers must bring their own morning snack. Camper / staff ratio is 6 to 1 on site and 4 to 1 on field trips. You mustCOMPLETE camper information form(s) and submit two weeks of camp fees to reserve your space. Limit: 40 campers/week per site.

Learn basic engineering principles, gears and gear ratios, simple machines, forces in motion, problem solving and communication skills. collision cars day camp (9 – 12 yrs) Crash! Bang! Cool! Learning has never been so fun! Using unique LEGO kits and working in pairs to build a variety of battling machines, your child will have hands-on exploration, problem solving, and risk-taking with a goal of learning and experimenting with how machines work and compete. They will learn a variety of concepts geared for their age throughout this class, including basic engineering principles, gearing and gear ratios, electric motors and energy, problem solving, and communication skills. multimedia Fine arts day camp with arts for Kids School (5 – 8 yrs) This sequential, multimedia, fine art program for children supports process and self-esteem. Drawing and painting techniques are incorporated. All supplies provided. Students will complete 8 projects in this four day camp instructed by the staff of “Art for Kids School”, a program with a 25 year history of teaching fine art to children. This unique program is designed to provide children with an opportunity to explore and develop confidence in their own creativity by teaching techniques rather than self-expression.

Held at Camp Cascades on the picturesque Elbow Lake, this week long adventure is packed full of thrilling outdoor activities including: swimming, hiking, canoeing, team games, competitions, sports, campfire stories, crafts, skits, songs, and the new High-Adrenaline Zip Line!
