April 2017 Volume 16, No. 6 Global Citizenship Award Recipients Announced at AASSA Educator’s Conference RIO DE JANEIRO (4 APRIL 2017) – TieCare International field representatives Frank Cappuccio and Luciene Dasilva were present as the recipients of the annual Association of American Schools in South America (AASSA) Global Citizen Award were announced at the 2017 AASSA Educator’s Conference at Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro.
