The Acts of Nationality of 1961, 1966, 1992/1, 1992/2, and 2008, and the Revolutionary Council Announcement of 1972 will be approached by discourse analysis. The language used in the five Acts and the Revolutionary Council Announcement of 1972 will be analyzed to detect how significance and identity are produced and reproduced. By reviewing literature, this article further examines the ways in which the nationality discourse constitutes the lives of transnational peoples in the Thai-Lao border of Ubon Ratchathani province. Notification of the Central Committee on the Price of Goods and Services No. 6, B.E. 2560 (2017) Regarding Control of Transport of Animal Feed Corn ------------------------------------ Whereas the Central Committee on the Price of Goods and Services has repealed the Notification of the Central Committee on the Price of Goods and Services No. 1, B.E. 2559 (2016) regarding Determination of Goods and Services under Control dated 21 January B.E. 2559 ( 2016) , resulting in the end of enforcement of the Notification of the Central Committee on the Price of Goods and Services No. 6, B.E. 2559 (2016) regarding Control of Transport of Animal Feed dated 25 January B.E. 2559 (2016). In the meantime, the Central Committee on the Price of Goods and Services has already reconsidered the exercise of its power regarding the stipulation of the aforesaid measure, it is of the view that the measure of the control of transport of animal feed corn should be maintained in order to bring about the fairness of price, quantity and the maintenance of stability of the animal feed market system within the Kingdom. By virtue of Section 9 (2) and Section 25 (4), (7) of the Price of Goods and Services Act, B.E. 2542 ( 1999) , the Central Committee on the Price of Goods and Services has therefore issued this Notification, as follows. Why Are Women More Vulnerable During Disasters?

Violations of Women’s Human Rights in the Tsunami Aftermath 1 Introduction October 2005 This report is a joint effort of women’s organisations and groups involved in relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in the countries affected by the Indian Ocean Tsunami on December 26, 2004. Representatives of women’s organisations participating at the Asian Civil Society Consultation on Post Tsunami Challenges in Bangkok, February 13-14, 2005, from India, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Sri Lanka and Maldives felt there is a need for a comprehensive report focusing on women’s human rights violations in the tsunami aftermath given the gravity of the violations and the extent of marginalisation and exclusion of women from the rehabilitation process. We would like to make special acknowledgements to Titi Soentoro of Solidaritas Perempuan (Indonesia), Fatima Burnad of Society for Rural Education and Development (India), Pranom Somwong of Migrant Action Program (Thailand), Wanee Bangprapha of Culture and Peace Foundation (Thailand) and Sunila Abeysekera of INFORM (Sri Lanka) for their inputs to the report with detailed testimonies. Based on the findings and discussion shows that cultural values that are in the Museum of Mulawarman are religious, historical, cultural values and social values. NUALMORAKOT TAWEETHONG Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Thailand E-mail: [email protected] Abstract - The objective of this research is to study the operating conditions and developmental problems and obstacles in development of historical tourism within Thailand as well as presenting development guidelines for historical tourism at the Bangkok National Museum, Thailand. This research will utilise qualitative research, including in-depth interview method as applied to data collection, with the key interviewees being key executive and operating officers in the Bangkok National Museum, tourists, tourism industry entrepreneurs and community leaders in the Phra Nakhon District (Bangkok) to represent a total of 70 persons. Data was analysed by utilising descriptive statistics, compiling of the acquired data. Studied phenomenon were examined through a determined analytical framework of analysis. This analytical framework considers four primary elements: finance and resources available to institutions, the level of service quality provided by the institutions, network learnings and development of institutions and the participation process of institutions. The research’s findings indicate that the National Museum’s operating condition could be developed to be a profitable historical tourism location and the developmental problems and obstacles were primarily issues of limited budgets for studies and research, conservation and collection of the important antiques, while tourism services and facilities had not yet been able to create a positive impression or experience for tourists, management lacked the facilitation of learning and developmental network in the group of the intellectuals or students and new generation youths with few participating intourism locations or the development of people or sites within local areas. -
Part 2 Thailand's Response to the Tsunami

Photo: UNDP PREFACE The tragedy of the tsunami that struck Thailand’s Andaman coast on 26 December 2004, and the devastation and misery it left in its wake, is unprecedented in recent history. This disaster also brought forth an extraordinary response. Thailand, under the strong leadership of the Royal Thai Government (RTG), provided effective, efficient and comprehensive relief and humanitarian assistance to the Thai people, as well as to the large number of foreigners affected by the disaster. The scale of the disaster was matched by the generosity of the Thai people, who came forward to assist the victims of the tragedy in an extraordinary display of humanity. The Thai private sector and local NGOs also played a major role in the relief and recovery effort. Organizations and individuals from around the world contributed money and resources in support of Thailand’s response to the tsunami, and the world gratefully acknowledged the role of the RTG in dealing with the tragedy and its aftermath. Given its capacity and resources, Thailand did not appeal for international financial assistance. The international community has therefore played a relatively small but strategic role in Thailand’s tsunami recovery. The United Nations Country Team (UNCT), bilateral development agencies, and international NGOs have contributed structured support to the Royal Thai Government’s recovery efforts in areas where the RTG welcomed support from international partners: providing technical support, equipment, and direct support to the affected communities. -

A Questionnaire on Rural Household has to districted assess their understanding knowledge was used, and rural household‟ attitudes of their persistence was analyzed with a sample of 400 persons whose age were 15-60 years old and living in Wang Nam Yen and Klong Had Districts in Sa Kaeo Province, Thailand. The Krejcie and Morgan technique from 101,725 persons was selected using a random sample size with percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test were analyzed. It has found that the quality of the Mixed Medias on Global Warming for information education of people‟s satisfaction was to highest level that it confirmed with criterion; rural household‟s perceptions of their pre- and post- understanding knowledge to their studying on Mixed Medias were significantly different at the .05 confidence level, the pre- and post-persistence attitudes on Mixed Medias were significantly at level .05 confidence level, and their understanding related to environment issues at a high level of 78.20%. -

The Experiences of The Department of Mental Health, Thailand In helping the survivors from The Tsunami Disaster ……………… Slide 1 Mr.Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: Today I would like to present all of you the experiences of our Department of Mental Health, Thailand in helping the survivors from the Tsunami Disaster. Slide 2 In the late morning of December 26th, 2004 there was a Tsunami attacked at the 6 provinces in the southern part of Thailand along the Andaman coast, that were: Phuket, Krabi, Trang, Ranong, Phang-nga and Satun. Slide 3 Five thousand, three hundred and nine people (5,309) were death, Eight thousand, four hundred and fifty seven people (8,457) were injured, Three thousand, eight hundred and ten people (3,810) were reported unidentified/missing. Slide 4 Three thousand six hundred and eighty nine houses (3,689) were totally and partially damaged. 27 resorts and hotels were completely destroyed. Slide 5 More than hundred thousands (100,000+) people lost their houses, their property and their family members. Some lost their spouse, some lost their parents and many children became the orphans. They were shock, panic, grief, lost of hope and need immediate mental health care. How did we help them? 2 Slide 6 Before I tell you about what we did during the Disaster period, I would like to inform you about the Health Care System in Thailand first. So you will understand more clearly. In Thailand, we have ninety-three (93) Provincial Hospitals (around two hundred to a thousand beds), seven hundred and sixteen (716) Community Hospitals (around ten to one hundred and twenty beds) at district level and more than four thousands (4,000+) Health Centers at sub district level.
