Victor Valley Union High School District is located in the High Desert region of San Bernardino County, approximately 97 miles northeast of Los Angeles and 35 miles northwest of San Bernardino. Our district is just north of the San Bernardino mountains, at the edge of the Mojave Desert. Interstate 15 and State Highway 18 intersect near the heart of the city and Victorville is bordered on the west by State Highway 395. The Victor Valley includes the communities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Lucerne Valley, Oak Hills, Phelan, Victorville, and Wrightwood. Victorville is the business hub of the area and draws consumers from well beyond its immediate area. It is the largest commercial center between San Bernardino and the Nevada border. The residential population of Victorville is 121,096 and growing.
