De verwerking van de KNSB competitie en de KNSB- Jeugdclubcompetitie is dit seizoen ook vernieuwd. Deze verlopen via netstand: https://knsb.netstand.nl Eerste statistieken: Meest bezocht zijn de pagina’s van schaken.nl: competitie, rating, kalender en online-schaken; Op 7 oktober (KNSB ronde) was de grootste piek van 3.053 actieve gebruikers tegen gemiddeld ca. 1.000 actieve gebruikers per dag. Bij schaakbond,nl zijn de pagina’s voor-schakers en voor-clubs tot u toe het meest bezocht met een piek van 926 actieve bezoekers en gemiddeld 400 bezoekers per dag. Breedteschaak Nationale Sportweek 2017 (9-17 september) Voor de Nationale Sportweek is een geheel nieuw promotiepakket ontwikkeld: A5 flyer met cartoon van Jorden van Foreest en 2 schaakpuzzels van Pascal Losekoot om uit te delen aan potentiele nieuwe leden; A3 poster met Anish Giri; A3 poster met Nick Schilder en de Chess Queens; Kaartspel met schaakkampioenen.

In juni 2019 komen de nieuwste aanpassingen live te staan. De belangrijkste zijn: Voor toernooi organisaties die toegang tot OLA hebben, kunnen volledige deelnemerslijsten geplaatst worden vanuit een excel bestand. Als het KNSB relatienummer bekend is, kan daarmee volstaan worden, anders moeten de naam en geboortedatum ook ingevoerd worden. Bovenstaande mogelijkheid komt ook beschikbaar voor scholierenleden. Voor toernooi organisaties komt een export mogelijkheid van een deelnemerslijst die geschikt is voor Swissmaster. OLA gaat het bondsbureau meer ondersteuning geven voor het verwerken van de vele nieuwe ChessKids account. Door deze ondersteuning blijft het verwerken (en factureren) van de duizenden ChessKids accounts uitvoerbaar door het Bondsbureau. Voor verenigingen wordt een veld gecreëerd voor de Collectieve Materiaalverzekering. Verenigingen kunnen de totale gewenste verzekerde waarde in dit veld aanpassen. Websites Sinds15 maart is Rolf Slotboom op projectbasis aan de slag met de verbetering van de websites van de KNSB. Deloitte Medewerkers van Deloitte mogen via de Deloitte Impact Foundation jaarlijks 30 uur aan schoolschaaklessen besteden (vrijwilligerswerk). De KNSB investeert in hun opleiding en begeleidt hen bij de lessen. Op 11 april hebben de eerste 11 medewerkers een ‘train de trainer’ bijeenkomst van Anne Haast gevolgd.
