Bus Subsidies A representative from Flintshire County Council will attend to discuss the current position regarding bus subsidies. 2. Apologies 3. Declaration of Interest – Members Code of Conduct 4. Minutes To confirm the minutes of the monthly meeting held on Tuesday 4th October 2016 as a correct record of proceedings. 5. Any matters arising from the Minutes (not included on the Agenda) 6. Finance Report Members will find enclosed a copy of the financial reports for the half year 2016/2017. Also enclosed is a report of the Finance Committee meeting held on Wednesday 26th October 2016. 12. Christ Church, Pontblyddyn Members will find enclosed correspondence received from Revd Carole Poolman, Priest in Charge at Christ Church Pontblyddyn advising of the intention to repair the Church car park. As per the Right of Way agreement half of the cost is to be borne by the Community Council. 13. Leeswood Community Centre This item is on the Agenda so Members representing the Community Council on the Committee can provide updates. 14. Pond area on Phoenix Park This item is on the Agenda as per Minute 202 of the December 2015 meeting. 15. Flintshire Standards Committee Councillor J. Caruana will give a report on the Flintshire Standards Committee meeting held on Monday 3rd September 2016 at Pentre Halkyn. 16. Public Ombudsman Service for Wales – guidance on Code of Conduct Members will find enclosed an e-mail from Gareth Owens of Flintshire County Council regarding the changes in the guidance on the Code of Conduct which reflects the changes in the Code of Conduct itself. Councillors have already received a copy of the updated guidance. 17. Flintshire Local Development Plan Members will find enclosed correspondence from the Flintshire County Council informing that the consultancy period has now moved on with the production of a ‘Strategic Options – Growth and Spatial Options’ document. The six-week consultation exercise starts on Friday 28th October 2016 and ends on Friday 9th December 2016. 18. Boundary Commission For Wales As per Minute 121 of the October 2016 meeting, this item is included on the Agenda. Members will find enclosed details of the proposed changes to the current Delyn Parliamentary Constituency. The initial consultation period ends on Monday 5th December 2016. 19. Our Flintshire, Our Future – Public Engagement Events November 2016 Members will find enclosed correspondence from Flintshire County Council informing of a series of events being held in Flintshire to consult with the public about the budget savings required. The meeting for this area is on Page 2 of 3 Tuesday 8th November 2016 at Ysgol Bryn Coch, Mold 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Four representatives are invited. 20. County Forum Members will find enclosed a copy of the meeting notes from the last County Forum meeting held on Thursday 30th June 2016. 21. County Forum – notice of future meetings The next County Forum meeting was convened on Thursday 27th October 2016. Councillor J.E. Saul (Community Council representative) and the Clerk attended. Members will find enclosed information from Sam Perry of Flintshire County Council advising of the dates for County Forum meetings in 2017. 22. One Voice Wales – North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner Notification received of a series open meetings arranged by the North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner. The meeting in our area is scheduled for Monday 14th November 2016 at 6.30pm at Glyndwr University, Wrexham. 23.
