Section D — Reports of the Officers and Council Committees Section D — Reports of the Officers and Council Committees As trustees of the synod (Bylaws, Part VII), the synod council supervises and evaluates the mission and ministry of the synod. This section describes how these duties are carried out and the results of these actions. Synod Council Chair better stewardship of human resources.
