SHOW CONTENT INFORMATION SHEET SYNOPSIS: It’s beginning to look a lot like a Sinatra Christmas, complete with swingin' hits perfect for the holidays. Nothing is silent about this new musical revue with songs and stories from Sinatra’s heyday. We’ll be serving up cool versions of Sinatra mainstays like "Fly Me To The Moon", and "New York, New York", and groovy versions of such Sinatra Christmas hits like "The Christmas Song", "Winter Wonderland", "Silver Bells", and "I'll Be Home for Christmas”. Christmas My Way invites you to jingle your bells, pour a good stiff egg nog, and have yourself a merry little Christmas NOW baby! AGES: We recommend this show for ages 12 and up. However, parents are encouraged to use their own judgement and discretion when choosing shows for children based on their maturity and interest level. DETAILS: We do not recommend this show for young audiences. The subject matter is not likely to hold their interest and there is some adult content detailed below. As was apropos in Sinatra's heyday, this show is full of corny jokes. Some of these jokes are rather sexist and old fashioned in nature. There are several jokes about heavy drinking and cigarette use and characters drink and talk about drinking on stage. There is some dated sexual innuendo. Yard and Garden – 12-19-2015 – Ted Griess/Extension Horticulture Assistant Pucker up! It’s that time of year. Once again the airwaves are filled with beautiful Christmas songs. Most convey a message of joy and peace on earth to all humankind. However, some Christmas tunes include in their lyrics the name of a certain plant that conveys a reason to start kissing. For example, take the song I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, or how about The Christmas Song better known as Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire? Then, there is the song I’ll Be Home for Christmas. These are just a few Christmas tunes that have in their lyrics the name of a plant scientifically known as Viscum album. Most of us know it as mistletoe. Throughout history, mistletoe has inspired all sorts of mystique and charm. It is perceived to hold magical properties. When mistletoe is in our presence, it supposedly creates an amorous atmosphere for us humans to start kissing. In contrast, this plant is actually parasitic. A parasite is defined as an organism that lives in or on another organism (its host) and benefits by deriving nutrients at the host’s expense. Mistletoe has leathery evergreen leaves with waxy white berries. It grows primarily on the branches of deciduous trees such as ash, hawthorn and oak. Deemed somewhat tropical, it is found growing mostly in areas of California and Florida. When a seed from the berry of mistletoe comes in contact with the bark of a host tree, it germinates, sending out fine thread-like roots penetrating the bark anchoring firmly into the living tissue of the host, and absorbing its nutrients.

The Wonder Years Episode & Music Guide
The Wonder Years Episode & Music Guide “What would you do if I sang out of tune … would you stand up and walk out on me?" 6 seasons, 115 episodes and hundreds of great songs – this is “The Wonder Years”. This Episode & Music Guide offers a comprehensive overview of all the episodes and all the songs played during the show. The episode guide is based on the first complete TWY episode guide which was originally posted in the newsgroup rec.arts.tv in 1993. It was compiled by Kirk Golding with contributions by Kit Kimes. It was in turn based on the first TWY episode guide ever put together by Jerry Boyajian and posted in the newsgroup rec.arts.tv in September 1991. Both are used with permission. The music guide is the work of many people. Shane Hill and Dawayne Melancon corrected and inserted several songs. Kyle Gittins revised the list; Matt Wilson and Arno Hautala provided several corrections. It is close to complete but there are still a few blank spots. Used with permission.
