MISSOURI/ILLINOIS INDEPENDENT BUILDING CONTRACTORS WAGE AND FRINGE BENEFIT INCREASES EFFECTIVE EFFECTIVE MAY 5, 2010 Listed below is the schedule for wages and fringe benefits for Millwrights throughout our Missouri jurisdiction; and for Carpenters working in St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County. These rates also apply to the counties of Jefferson, Franklin, Lincoln and Warren on projects OVER $1,000,000.00. COMMERCIAL HEALTH & WAGES WELFARE PENSION CTAF JTF CITF TOTAL $33.23* $6.05 $5.75 $.15 $.35 $.10 $45.63 *Includes one dollar ($1.00) per hour vacation estamp in lieu of cash, eighty-three cents (83¢) per hour supplemental dues and twenty cents (20¢) per hour Market Recovery Fund. FOREMAN: One dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour above journey level rate $34.73 GEN.
