You are omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient! You died to save us from all sins. You shield us from all evil. For that, we love You. We know we shouldn’t have done wrong and for guidance. As humans, we don’t always do the ethical thing. We go against You and disobey Your wishes; but, we ask for forgiveness for the wrong things we have done. Thank You for keeping us in Your hands, for we know that You are all powerful and able to provide all that we need (and more). I ask that You keep the youth of Chicago safe during this summer and help them through all of society’s negative influences. Provide them with good vibes and spiritual wellness. RS ye

Last weekend, the Chatham Theater, right here in Washington Heights, showed a film entitled Generation One: The Search for Black Wealth. The movie, which sold out quickly, was made by power couple Lamar and Ronnie Tyler, owners of the most successful blog site about marriage and family for African Americans, BlackandMarriedwithKids.com.

This documentary movie offers the blueprint to financial empowerment for black people to close the huge disparities between black and white wealth - generational wealth, that is. To obtain your copy of this incredibly powerful call-to-action DVD, please go to http://generationonemovie.com/.

While you’re at it, check out Lamar’s new book, The Gatekeepers Are Gone: Hustle + Technology = Success. .com has a five-star rating for the quick and easy read on how a strong desire to succeed and an Internet connection can enable you to create your own legacy.
