DAILY ORDER

1. The matter was kept for hearing on 19.04.2014. Learned Advocate Shri Vishal Gupta, on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed its rejoinder in reply to the GUVNL’s submission. Some of the issues raised by the petitioner are covered under the Order dated 7.11.2013 passed by the Commission in Petition No. 1306 of 2013 in the matter of Surajbari Windfarm Development Pvt. Limited v/s. GUVNL and ors.

2. Learned Advocate Shri M. G. Ramachandran, on behalf of the respondent GUVNL, submitted the he would require some time to go through the submissions made by the petitioner, hence, the Commission may grant an adjournment.

3. Considering the submissions made by the respondent GUVNL for adjournment and petitioner having no objection to the same, we decide to grant the adjournment.

4. We order accordingly.

5. The next date of hearing will be on 13.05.2014 at 11.30 A.M.
