I. Proposals of Developer / Co-Developer : C.I.1 Request for approval of material list submitted by M/s. Media Systems India Soft Solutions Private Limited, a co-developer.

M/s.Media Systems India Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a co-developer of Infoparks Kerala SEZ (Phase II) have sought approval for additional list of materials for authorized operations vide their letter dated 30th October 2019. The materials include steel, electrical equipments, PHE equipment, Fire safety equipments, elevators, STP plants equipments, structural glazing and cladding materials, mechanical parking solution, UPVC windows, doors, hardwares and accessories. The estimated cost of materials is Rs.380.64 lakh and the approx. duty foregone would be Rs.67.67 lakh. As per the half- yearly report submitted by the co-developer, civil works of G+3 has been completed. The material list is duly certified by a Chartered Engineer (Annexure – A) as envisaged under sub-rule (2) of Rule 12 of the SEZs Rules 2006. The subject matter is placed before the Approval Committee for consideration.

C.I.2 Report on Utilization of materials for the Half year ending 30th September 2019 submitted by M/s. Media Systems India Soft Solutions Private Limited, a co- developer.

M/s.Media Systems India Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a co-developer of Infoparks Kerala SEZ (Phase II) vide their letter dated 8th November 2019 have submitted half yearly report in Form E for the period April to September 2019. As per the report, the co-developer had procured materials worth Rs.52.41 lakh and consumed goods worth Rs.59.89 lakh leaving a stock of goods worth Rs.10.50 lakh. The report of the co- developer is placed before the Approval Committee of the Infoparks Kerala SEZ, Puthencruz (Phase II) in terms of Sub Rule (4) of Rule 22 of the SEZs Rules, 2006 for consideration.

It is informed by the Unit that there is considerable increase in the volume of work which warrants revision in the project parameters. As per the proposal, the existing built up area admeasuring 223.34 sq. mtr. (2404 sq.ft.) (17th Floor, Trans Asia Cyber Park) shall be surrendered and shall be relocated to an area admeasuring 720.93 sq. mtr. (7760 sq.ft.) (13th Floor, Trans Asia Cyber Park) for which the co-developer, M/s.Trans Asian have given their consent. The Unit has also furnished revision in the existing project parameters resultant to the above expansion proposal. The revision in project parameters is as given below:

C.III.2. Application for expansion of the project- M/s. Surveysparrow Private Limited

M/s. Surveysparrow Private Limited, a holder of valid letter of approval No. KL:20:11:INFOPARK(II):1:2BH dated 28th February 2019, vide letter dated 26th November 2019 has requested to consider and accord approval for their expansion/revision in their existing project. The Unit commenced its operation on 01.04.2019 in an area of 209.58sq.mtr. Subsequently, the Unit has added an area of 471 sq. ft. (43.75 sq. mtr.) to utilize as a meeting room for which permission was given by this office.

It is now informed by the Unit that there is considerable increase in the volume of work which warrants revision in the project parameters. As per the proposal, built up area admeasuring 154.40 sq. mtrs. shall be added to the existing facilities for which the developer has given their consent. At the same time, the Unit will surrender the small area added earlier. The Unit has also furnished revision in the existing project parameters resultant to the expansion proposal. The revision in project parameters is as given below:
