Interest on the Series 2021C Bonds is not an item of tax preference for purposes of the federal alternative minimum tax imposed on individuals. Bond Counsel is of the opinion that interest on the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds is not excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes.
