The focus of the Challenges is about the Contestants’ journey, not about who crosses the finish line first. The Challenges are designed to reveal character, and create opportunities for the Contestants to confront their flaws, face their fears, and overcome the impossible. Early in the series, the Contestants will work as teams, but within the Challenge, there will be many times where they must divide and conquer. Later in the series, they compete as Individuals, and it’s every man and woman for him or herself. The conflicts that arise in the series will be organic, and the drama of how the Contestants handle the challenges will be compelling and authentic. !

Our! series begins with an introduction by Keanu Reeves. He stands in the middle of an empty warehouse and introduces the concept and goal of! THE BRUCE LEE PROJECT. “Soon, 16 of China’s top martial artists will get the opportunity of a lifetime: to honor the legacy of Bruce Lee. To find these extraordinary, we’re going on an epic casting search across the face of China. And it begins....now.”

BOOM. Fast forward time-lapse of the warehouse as a PRODUCTION TEAM moves in...desks, chairs, computers...in seconds, the space suddenly looks like a high tech control room filled with busy staff members. Keanu narrates the transition as we follow the casting to massive open auditions across the face China. We will see plenty of people with excellent talent...but do they possess the WHOLE PACKAGE of skill, charisma, and character? ! Over the course of a week, thousands are whittled down to 100 of the country’s best who get a golden ticket to the SEMI-FINALS ROUND. By bus, trains, and planes, the Finalists arrive in our host city for a grueling one-week audition. We put them through their paces in an effort to understand their strengths, weaknesses, personality and character. ! THE PRIZES FINALE PRIZE In the end, the Winner will receive the possibility for talent representation, a role in a major motion picture, and something priceless – honor. The honor will come in the form of a scalable version of The Bruce Lee Center® built in the winner’s hometown so their community has a place to go to cultivate their own inner Warrior. The winner will also receive a DRAGON TROPHY upon which the Winner’s name will be engraved.
