Standard Bank has confirmed that it will not fund the proposed Lamu coal-fired power plant South Africa’s Standard Bank has confirmed it will not fund the proposed Lamu coal-fired power plant in Kenya. This comes despite earlier reports that it was a major project funder, as included in the bank’s annual report of 2015 (350 Africa).
