The SEIR-2 was transmitted to the officials, agencies, organizations, and individuals listed in this chapter. Copies of the SEIR-2 were also transmitted to all commentors who provided their contact information.
The SEIR-2 is available for review during normal business hours at several libraries in Santa Clara and Alameda counties, listed herein, and at the VTA office at 3331 North First Street, Building B in San Jose. Copies of the document may be obtained by contacting VTA at (408) 321-5789. The SEIR-2 is also available online at www.vta.org/bart/environmental.html.
VTA has notified all property owners/tenants who may be impacted by Phase 1 and has advertised the availability of the SEIR-2 in local periodicals, including the San Jose Mercury News, Metro, Fremont Argus, The Milpitas Post, Berryessa Sun, Rose Garden Resident, Santa Clara Weekly, El Observador, and Thoi Boa.
