This category may include goats eligible for category B (Goats with current BGS CAE-monitored status). * No entries will be accepted unless CAE blood test results are on BGS submission forms or Sheep and Goat Health Scheme forms. In respect of goats under 9 months, exhibitors must supply an original or a copy of the relevant C.A.E. negative certificate issued for their dams and valid for the period of the Royal Highland Show. Certificates MUST be supplied at the time of making entry.

Goats which have ever had a positive reaction to a C.A.E. test or goats which have never had a C.A.E. test may not be brought to the Show.

Facilities will not be provided for goats from herds C.A.E. Fully Accredited under the Sheep and Goat Health Schemes, and if owners of such herds wish to enter Dairy Goats then they should discuss the implications with the administrators of the Sheep and Goat Health Scheme.
