Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Bun 1 each Burger 2 Tbsp Cheese Sauce 2 Tbsp Yellow 1 Tbsp Relish 1 each Pretzel Bun

Directions: 1. Place mustard and relish on bun. Top with burger. 2. Top with cheese sauce and bun.

1 Chicken Chili

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Sub, halved 1 cup Diced Grilled Chicken 3 Tbsp Canned Sliced Jalapenos 2 Tbsp Chopped Onions ½ cup Prepared Chili, warm

Directions: 1. Place diced chicken and onions on bottom half of sub. 2. Top with jalapenos. 3. Cover with bun half & smother with chili.

2 Pretzel Veggie

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Sub ¼ cup each Chopped Tomato, Onion, Celery 2 Tbsp Green Peas 1 Tbsp Sliced Black Olives 3 Tbsp Yellow Mustard

Directions: 1.Combine tomatoes, onions, celery & peas; set aside. 2.Spread mustard on both sides of Pretzel Sub. 3.Load with chopped vegetables & top with sliced black olives.

3 Tuscan Parmesan Pretzel

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Sub 1 each Breaded Chicken Breast 2 slices Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup Marinara Sauce 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions: 1.Bake chicken breast, before done put piece of cheese on top so it melts into chicken. 2.Place chicken on Pretzel Sub and douse with marinara sauce. 3.Last sprinkle parmesan cheese on top

4 Gyro Pretzel

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Sub 4 oz Gyro Meat 1 slice Cheddar Cheese 3 slices Cucumber 1 oz Cucumber Sauce

Directions: 1.On a Pretzel Sub place deli gyro meat, cheddar cheese,cucumber slices. 2.Apply cucumber sauce.

5 Vegetarian Delight

Ingredients: ¼ cup Avocado ¾ cup Lettuce ½ cup Fresh Mozzarella ¼ cup Mushrooms ¼ cup Spinach ¼ cup Thinly Sliced Radishes ¼ cup Thinly Sliced Carrots 1 each Highland Baking Co. Pretzel Sub Sliced

Directions: 1.Take the sliced avocado and lay it down as the base. 2.Top it with the lettuce and mozzarella. 3.Take the sliced carrots and add it on with the thinly sliced radishes. 4.Then add the mushrooms and sprinkle the spinach to top it all off. 6 Kentucky Hot Brown

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Sub 2 slices Turkey 2 slices Bacon 1 slice American Cheese 2 oz White Gravy ½ tsp Black Pepper

Directions: 1.Cook bacon; put turkey on Pretzel Roll with American cheese and black pepper. 2.Top with bacon, close sandwich then smother in gravy.

7 Greek Firecracker

Ingredients: 3 slices Tomatoes 3 slices Fresh Mozzarella ¼ cup Green and Black Olives, Mixed 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinaigrette 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 3 each Pepperoncini 2 tsp Basil 1 each Highland Baking Co. Pretzel Sub Sliced

Directions: 1.Lay your tomatoes down and place the mozzarella on top. 2.Spread the olive oil and vinaigrette over the tomatoes and mozzarella. 3.Then place the olives and basil leaves on top, 4. Finish off this great sandwich add the slices of Greek pepperocini. 8 Seranito Sliders

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Pork Loin, shredded, seasoned 4 Tbsp Garlic mayonnaise (aioli) 1 each Serrano Peppers, roasted and sliced 1 each Ham, sliced 1 each Tomato slice 1 each Garlic clove 2 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions: 1.Preheat oven broiler. 2.Season pork loin with and freshly ground pepper. 3.Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. 4.Spread half of each toasted roll with the aioli, then top with sliced or shredded pork. 5.Over the pork, layer roasted green pepper, Serrano ham and tomato. 6. Rub the garlic clove over the opposite side of the roll and drizzle olive oil. 9 Pretzel Tacos

Ingredients: 1 cup Seasoned Ground Beef ½ cup Shredded Lettuce ½ cup Shredded Cheese ¼ cup Sliced Green Olives, sliced ¼ cup Salted Tortilla Chips, crumbled

Directions: 1.Take bottom bun and add taco meat. 2.Top with shredded lettuce, olives, cheese and crumbled tortilla chips. 3.Add top bun.

10 Steak Zinger

Ingredients: ½ cup Grilled Steak Strips ¼ cup Garlic Cream Sauce ¼ cup Diced Tomatoes ¼ cup Sliced Sautéed zucchini 2 each Basil Leaves

Directions: 1.Take bottom bun and top with steak. 2.Add the tomatoes and zucchini slices. 3.Add two basil leaves and top with the lemon garlic sauce. Add top bun.

11 BBQ Pork and Potato

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Bun 1 cup BBQ pork (shredded) 1/2 cup Boiled Potato, quartered 1/4 cup Cooked Corn

Directions: 1.Boil potatoes until tender, then quarter. 2.Slowly heat BBQ pork in pan. 3.Stir in potato chunks and corn. Heat and toss. 4.Place on bun and cover.

12 Balsamic Marinated Chicken

Ingredients: 2 each Highland Baking Pretzel Oval Dinner Roll 1/4 cup Marinated Red Peppers, onions, black olives 3/4 cup Fresh Spinach Leaves 1/4 cup Sliced Roasted Chicken

Directions: 1.Take bottom bun and place a bed of spinach. 2.Add the sliced roasted chicken. 3.Then place the balsamic marinated veggies and drizzle some marinade over the top. 4.Add top bun.

13 Stuffed Pretzel Skins

Ingredients: 3 each Highland Baking Mini Pretzel Dinner Roll 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Oval Dinner Roll 1/2 cup Garlic Mashed Potatoes 1Tbsp Chopped Bacon 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup Sour Cream garnish Chives

Directions: 1.Prepare garlic mashed potatoes. 2.Hollow out pretzel roll. Fill bread with scoop of garlic mashed potatoes and cover with bacon, cheddar cheese, and a dollup of sour cream. 3.Finish with chives.

14 Cold Pesto Prosciutto Pretzel

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Sub 1/2 cup Sliced Prosciutto ½ cup Basil Pesto Spread 1/4 cup Red Pepper, sauteed, sliced

Directions: 1.Spread pesto on bread. 2.Top with sliced prosciutto. 3.Add roasted peppers. 4.Add top bun and slice into thirds.

15 Patty Melt Meatball Sandwich

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Sub 2 Slices Swiss cheese ¼ cup Caramelized onions 1/2 cup Formed Meatballs

Directions: 1.Form hamburger patty into meatballs and grill to your liking. 2.Top patty with Swiss slices and grilled onions.

16 Angus Roast Beef Sliders

Ingredients: 3 each Highland Baking Mini Pretzel Dinner Rolls 1/4 lb Sliced Angus Roast Beef ¼ cup Roasted Whole Pepperoncini ¼ cup Au Jus (for dipping)

Directions: 1.Take bottom bun and add the angus roast beef. 2.Top with Swiss cheese and whole fl ame-roasted pepperoncini. 3.Add top bun.

17 Tunatastic

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Bun 1 cup Tuna ¼ cup Shredded Lettuce 2 Tbsp Basil Pesto 2 Tbsp Diced Tomatoes

Directions: 1.Take bun and add tuna. 2.Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes. 3.Finish with basil pesto.

18 Chicago Style Pretzel dog

Ingredients: 1 each All Beef Hot dog 1 Tbsp Spicy Mustard 2 Tbsp Diced Onion 2 Tbsp Diced Tomato 1 each Dill Pickle Spear 1 Tbsp Sweet Relish 2 each Roasted Pepperoncini to taste Celery Salt

Directions: 1.Add grilled hot dog to bun. 2.Top with ingredients to your liking.

19 Thai Pretzel Burger

Ingredients: 1 each Highland Baking Pretzel Bun 4-6 oz Lean Ground Beef 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs 2 Tbsp Lemon Grass, minced 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil 2 Tbsp Minced Shallots 2 each Red Chili Peppers, seeded and minced 1/4 cup Kimchi to taste Sriracha Sauce 1 each Lime

Directions: 1.Preheat grill for high heat. 2.In a large bowl, mix together ground beef,bread crumbs, lemon grass, shallots, chili peppers. Season with salt and pepper. 3.Form into patties. Lightly oil pan, and cook burgers. 4.Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side. 5. Remove from grill, and sprinkle burgers with limejuice. 6.Top with Kimchi and sriracha sauce. 20 Crispy Fried Cheese burger

Ingredients: Highland Baking Co. Pretzel Bun 1 bun Hamburger Patty 8oz Onion 1 slice Tomato 1 slice Lettuce 1 leaf Fried Cheese Sticks 3 pieces

Directions 1. Cook Hamburger as desired. 2. Fry or bake cheese sticks as indicated. 3. Place hamburger on bun. 4. Top hamburger with lettuce, tomato & onion. 5. Place cheese sticks on top and cover with bun.

21 Ham and Crispy Green Bean

Ingredients: Highland Baking Co. Pretzel Bun 1 bun Baked Ham 6 oz Breaded Green Beans 6-8 pieces Lettuce 1 leaf Tomato 1 slice Dijon Mustard 1 oz

Directions: 1. Heat ham as desired. 2. Fry or bake breaded green beans until crispy. 3. Place ham and green beans on bun. 4. Top with lettuce, tomato & onion. 5. Spread top bun with dijon mustard and serve.

22 Holly Jolly PB&J

Ingredients: Highland Baking Co. Pretzel Sub Hinged 1 each Nutella ½ cup Blackberry Jam ½ cup Plums, candied, sauteed ½ cup Blackberries ½ cup

Directions: 1. Spread Nutella and blackberry jam on bread. 2. Sautee candied plums and top over nutella. 3. Add blackberries and serve.

23 Short Rib Tipper

Ingredients: Highland Baking Co. Mini Pretzel Sub 1 each Short Ribs, bone-out 1 ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar 1 cup Sauerkraut 1 cup Baby Carrots, sliced 2/3 cup

Directions: 1. Cut short ribs so bone can be removed, then put in pan over medium heat with balsamic vinegar and let simmer until ribs are cooked through and vinegar becomes syrupy. 2. Cook carrots evenly. 3. Place short ribs on bread and top with sauerkraut and carrots and serve.

24 Spicy Cheddar Pretzel Poppers

Ingredients: Highland Baking Co.Mini Pretzel Dinner Roll 2 each Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce 1 cup Diced Jalepeno ¼ cup

Directions: 1. Saute jalepeno until golden brown and slightly crispy, mix with cheese. 2. Create a small hole in the side of the roll, hollow roll halfway. 3. Pour in cheese sauce and fi ll hole with leftover bread. Serve hot.

25 Meatball Sub

Ingredients: Highland Baking Co. Pretzel Sub 1 each Meatballs 1 ¼ cup Marinara sauce ½ cup Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp Black olives ¼ cup

Directions: 1. Heat up frozen or fresh meatballs. 2. Place meatballs on sub and drench in marinara. 3. Top with parmesan cheese and black olives.

26 Swiss Steak Sandwich

Ingredients: Highland Baking Pretzel Bun 1 each Cubed Steak 1 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce 1 cup Tomato Chunks 1/2 cup Red Onion, sliced 1/2 cup Basil, fresh 1 Tbsp

Directions: 1. Slice red onions. 2. Put steak, onion and tomato chunks in crock pot with tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. 3. Remove steak from sauce and put on Highland Baking Pretzel Bun and top with fresh basil.

27 Stuffed Chicken Breast Sandwich

Ingredients: Highland Baking Pretzel Sub Hinged 1 each Chicken Breast 1 large Pine Nutes, toasted 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes 1/4 cup Basil, fresh 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese 1/3 cup Pesto 1/3 cup

Directions: 1. Cut raw chicken breast so that it can be rolled. 2. Fill middle part of the breast with the pine nuts, tomatoes, and basil and roll up. (Use toothpicks to hold together if needed). Place in oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes for one. 3. When fi nished baking and when chicken is cooled, place chicken breast on Highland Baking Pretzel Sub Hinged fi nishing with pesto across the top of stuffed chicken and top with sub bun. 28 Deep Fried England

Ingredients: Highland Baking Cross Cut Pretzel Bun 1 each Battered Cod Filet, frozen 2 each , circle cut ¾ cup Cole Slaw ½ cup Tartar Sauce ¼ cup Malt vinegar 1 Tbsp

Directions: 1. Preheat deep fryer to 375 degrees. Drop cod fi lets in for about 2 minutes. 2. Cut potato into circle cut slices and drop in deep fryer for about 3-5 minutes. 3. Place cod on Highland Baking Cross Cut Pretzel Bun. Top with potatoes, cole slaw, tartar sauce, and a splash of malt vinegar. Cheeri-O. 29 Nacho Ordinary Pretzel

Ingredients: Highland Baking Pretzel Bun 2 Buns Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 ½ cups Jalapenos, sliced ½ cup Bacon, chopped 1/3 cup Sour Cream ½ cup Cooking oil 1 cup Kosher Salt 2 Tbsp

Directions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut Highland Baking Pretzel Bun into thin pieces. Brush pieces with oil and sprinkle with kosher salt. Arrange so pieces are spread out on a baking sheet and move to oven for about 15-20 minutes. 2. When fi nished pretzel pieces should be hard and crispy like chips. Arrange pretzel chips on a large plate and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and sliced jalapenos. 3. Cook and chop bacon. Sprinkle bacon bits over nachos and fi nish by spooning a dollop of sour cream in the middle of the plate. 30 Pretzel Burger

Ingredients: Highland Baking Mini Pretzel Bun 1 each Mini Burger 1 each Cheddar Cheese 2 Tbsp Green Leaf Lettuce 1 leaf Tomato, sliced 2 slices Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp

Directions: 1. Heat grill to medium high heat. Mold burger patty to about the same diameter as the bun. Grill patty for about a minute on each side. 2. Cut off a leaf of lettuce to fi t the bun. Slice tomato. 3. Place lettuce and tomato on bottom piece of Highland Baking Mini Pretzel Bun followed by burger patty. Put cheese on burger then top with Dijon and top piece of bun. 31 Gorgonzola Stuffed Burger

Ingredients: Highland Baking Mini Pretzel Bun 1 each Ground Beef 2 oz Gorgonzola Cheese 2 Tbsp Bacon 1 slice Green Leaf Lettuce 1 small leaf Tomato, sliced 1 slice

Directions: 1. Heat grill to medium heat. Roll out two patties from ground beef somewhat thin. Lay one patty down and fi ll middle with gorgonzola cheese. Place other patty on top and cinch the edges. Grill for about 4-7 minutes. 2. Slice tomatoes and lettuce. Heat stovetop to medium heat and cook bacon till crispy. 3. Lay lettuce and tomato down on bottom piece of Highland Baking Mini Pretzel Bun followed by burger patty, bacon then fi nish with top piece of bun.

32 Turkey Pretzel Melt Oven roasted turkey breast and melted Swiss cheese is placed on a Highland Baking Co. Pretzel Bun and topped with roasted red pepper, lettuce and sliced tomato.

37 Coco Valencia Highland Baking Co. Mini Pretzel Roll is cut into three slices then one layer slathered with a rich hazelnut spread and the other layer spread with sweet orange marmalade.
