About Hyperdimension Neptunia (this is a series of JRPG games based on console wars. Origin In 2009, Japanese video game developer Idea Factory partnered with Compile Heart, a subsidiary, to release a game called Hyperdimension Neptunia for the Playstation 3 console. The game was released in Japan in 2010 and internationally in 2011. The plot around the game includes the main character Neptune (based on the unreleased product SEGA codenamed Neptune), which is a console cartridge, and one of the four goddesses in the world of the game Gamindustri, which lost its memories after losing to three other goddesses. It teams up with two other characters named Compa and IF (who represent the main developers) and the trio embark on an adventure to recover Neptune's memories by meeting many friends and enemies on their way. The game was published by SEGA in Japan and Nippon Ichi Software in the Western Territories. The plot, which includes several jokes and references to other video games and Internet culture, as well as the appeal of the characters, contributed to the success of the game, and in turn justified the sequel. Since the release of the first game, there have been two subsequent games with the fourth game to be released. The first, Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, released in 2011, introduced four new characters; Nepgear, Uni, Rom and Ram are sisters of three processors, as well as including new supporting characters and villains. The storyline of the game focuses more on software piracy, and as a result the influence of the original villain on the story increased. In 2012, the third part of the series, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, was released. The game returns to the theme of the console wars of the first game, but is based on the 16-bit era. A few years after the end of the second game, Neptune thrusts into a parallel dimension that shows a version of gamindustri set in 1989. This game introduces new CPU game characters based on Sega Genesis and another based on Turbo-Grafix16 (known as PC Engine in Japan) as well as including a third new processor as the game's main antagonist, which is based on the Atari 2600. Megadimension Neptunia VII, released in 2015 and released in early 2016 for the international market, has an older human counterpart Neptune and a processor based on SEGA Dreamcast and includes new transformations for goddesses. The game takes place in three different and completely new dimensions and first localized name Hyper-prefix, replacing it with mega-instead. Spin-Offs there are several spin-off games in the series, including Senran-Kagura-style Beat- Em-Up, Idol Sim games, mobile spin-offs, and strategy RPGs focusing on the Goddess Noir processor. Remakes of the three currently released major Playstation Vita games were also released for PC, which included improved soundtracks and game mechanics to solve the problems present in the original versions. Upcoming spin-offs have also been announced; including a crossover with the Sega Hard Girls franchise, and a game focusing on the Goddess Blanc processor. These games take place in alternate universes that are more or less the same as the originals, but exist separately to explain the abundance of new characters added since the first game came out. There are also several manga adaptation games. An anime adaptation of the series was produced by David Entertainment in 2013. The plot and continuity of adaptation are separated from the plot of the game, but there are elements of three games released at the time of its broadcast. The series was named Funimation in 2015. The online relevance of WIP on Reddit, a subreddit dedicated to the franchise there, is called r/gamindustri, named after the world in which the series set in inches Subreddit was created in 2013. On November 10, 2013, redditor Rubydragon79 published a thread about CPU Goddess Noire in r/awwnime subreddit. The theme theme of the theme links the voting contest, to be held from September 1 to September 29, 2011, to determine who will be the main character of the spin-off game (which Noire will eventually win, a spin-off called Planet Destroyer Black Heart in Japan and Hyperdostay Noire: Goddess Black Heart in the West). The post received more than 180 votes. The next contest of voters was held from November 6 to December 4, 2014 on the website Of Compile Heart, which once again asked fans to vote for their favorite character; which will then be cast as the next lead in another spin-off game. This time, CPU Goddess Blanc took first place, meaning she will be cast as the main character in the upcoming spin-off. The name in question was announced at the Dengeki Bunko Spring Festival in 2015. The thread was posted on 4chan, a video game board /vg/ on November 21, 2013, declaring itself the 290th total thread about games, as well as a total of 12,777 archival streams to date.
