The percentage figure has been put on record in the case of Gibraltar, for example, and so I am curious to know what that equivalent figure is for the Isle of Man, as I am sure that the Minister must have an idea. My department’s best approximation of the percentage of UK e-Gaming that is transacted through Isle of Man operators is between 6% and 7%. This figure has been derived using data from interviews with the largest of the Isle of Man’s operators during the Impact Analysis on the Place of Consumption Tax performed earlier in the year. I apologise for the delay in replying to the Honourable Member’s request which unfortunately was overlooked at a time when there were changes in staff within the Department.
