Date purchased January 2020 Stage of development We're in the process of conducting an information campaign to inform people living in the surrounding area of our plans prior to submitting our application for temporary planning. The planning application is currently being prepared. We hope to submit it this Summer (2020). Plot sizes There are three plots available of approximately 3.5, 6 and 10 acres respectively - see the site plan below or view our online map. Final plot sizes will be confirmed at the point of sale. The site is made up of two fields - North Park (where Plot 1 is located) and Orchard Path (where Plots 2 and 3 are located). Anticipated completion date As the site is in a very early stage of development we are unable to give exact dates for completion because once we reach the planning application stage we must wait for the process to complete. We would like to have plots ready for stewards to move on site from Autumn 2021.
