C Employee Spotlight Congratulations to Peg Feld and Chris Entwisle In honor of National Library Week and National Library Workers Day, Freeholder Riletta Cream recognized two library employees with proclamations. The Library management team selected Peg Feld and Chris Entwisle to receive these awards in recognition of their exemplary service and dedication to the Library. Freeholder Cream presented the proclamations at the Pastoral Winds performance at the Voorhees branch on April 4. The following are nominations from their supervisors that outline their achievements:

Peg Feld began her career with the Camden County Library System in 1981 as a part-time librarian at the Gloucester Township Branch. When the Bellmawr Branch opened in 1997, Peg joined the staff as the full-time Children’s Services librarian.

Over the years Peg has developed children’s and family programming at Bellmawr, including a weekly preschool story time, toddler tales, afternoon crafts for elementary school kids and special events throughout the year. Her summer reading program has something happening almost every day from late June through mid-August.

Peg also has done story times and crafts at two member libraries – Mt. Ephraim and Woodlynne – and visits the Warwick Nursery School once a month. Peg visits the Bellmawr schools each spring to talk about the summer reading program.
