*A minimum​ ​​ food and beverage purchase of $10/person is required for ANY event. Events longer than 4 hours will require a minimum purchase of $15/person. No outside food/beverage may be brought in due to health codes.

Booking Fee - $30/Hour (This includes setup AND teardown time)
