• Hospitals have projected that 281,223 vaccine doses will be issued • Hospitals must communicate directly with MDH for vaccine supply. • Any vaccine requests should be sent to [email protected] no later than Tuesday of the week before vaccines are needed. • It is recommended that vaccine requests be made as far in advance as possible so that the request can be included in MDH planning.

• Statewide Coordination • Overlaps exist with some hospital applicants so hospitals should coordinate to avoid duplication of efforts.

• Hospital Primary Contact List • HSCRC staff will ask hospitals to identify a primary point of contact to address inquiries on strategies and planning.
