List of projects on which the Personnel has worked Project Name Description of responsibilities 1.Wankhede Stadium Redevelopment of Wankhede stadium including stands, spectator Redevelopment, Mumbai services, Special spectator areas like boxes and lounges, Players areas, press areas, and administrative areas with Site development and ancillary structures and other services buildings. Area: 35,000 sqmt , Estimated Cost: Rs. 250 cr. 2.Slum rehabilitation The project involves the rehabilitation of slum-dwellers evicted project at Chandivali for from the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The rehabilitation site at 3.Sanjay Gandhi Chandivali, measuring about 34 hectares, will constitute a National Park slum- comprehensive and all-inclusive new town. The town, includes a dwellers large, 1.6- hectare maidan as its central, social space. Two more playgrounds and over 60 community open spaces enliven its outdoors. More than 14 schools, medical facilities, including two hospitals, two large community halls and religious institutions, constitute its social infrastructure. Schools and community halls are annexed to these open spaces and playgrounds. Each 22.5- square-metre, well-lit and adequately ventilated house comprises a room and kitchen with a balcony and toilet. Each pada (cluster) comprises two societies with 550 houses and 16 common units for balwadis, society offices, crèches, a women’s centre and other common facilities. A central court provides openness, light and ventilation. These promote a sense of unity between the different parts of the development. 4.Kaledonia, Mumbai The commercial building is the saleable component of a slum redevelopment scheme. Therefore it was expected that we design it in the ‘market aesthetics’ of glass and stainless steel, with a striking façade and an impressive entrance. The ground and basement floors are for parking, the first floor accommodates the facilities like the restaurants, cafeteria and fast food corners for working people on the upper floors which are all offices. It is a stylized structural form where we interplay the solids and voids to create an interestingly ‘massed’ and proportioned building. Project completed. Built up Area – 5 lac sqft. Estimated Cost: Rs. 125 Cr. 5. Re- envisioning Pimpri Master Plan of Pimpri Chinchwad was proposed. The central Chinchwad Master plan & objective being expansion of public spaces and proposing public Integrated Tourism amenities and facilities along the network of public spaces and Development plan, Pimpri thereby promoting tourism. Public amenities like auditorium, Chinchwad planetarium, centre for performing arts, Bal Nagari- kid’s centre, Sites handled: ward centre, riverfront development, etc are proposed as part of 1. Akurdi Auditorium this Master Plan. The Planning, architectural design and 2. Planetarium execution of 10 public buildings as part of the overall masterplan 3. Balnagari is ongoing is ongoing. 4. PMPML bus depot 6.Motilal Nagar It is one of the largest redevelopment projects in the city initiated Redevelopment , Mumbai by MHADA. Planning addressed the current issues within the city.
