Open interior design

Exciting design due to different material thicknesses
A counter or breakfast bar adjacent to the worktop adds an extra design element to the kitchen. From a practical point of view it provides an area where food can be comfortably prepared and also enjoyed. If the kitchen design includes an appropriate breakfast bar, the trend is to combine thin and thick materials. Usually the worktop is thin and the brekafast bar is thicker. This combination of contrasting looks adds additional impact to the design.
Handleless fronts for a seamless look
If a minimalist, modern kitchen design is desired, handleless fronts are the perfect choice. In this case, handle strips or special fittings, that open the pull-outs at a light pressure replace the otherwise visible handles. This creates luxurious kitchens with a seamless, straightforward look.

Laminates
For all worktop decors you have at your disposal a laminate with the same decor and texture in different formats. This allows you to create wide splashback panels without joints or to make end panels, tables and fronts with the same decor on both sides.
ABS edging
For Postforming, Feelwood and Topmatt worktops, we offer an edging solution with the same decor and texture from stock. For Feelwood worktops with the synchronised surface textures ST32 and ST37 ABS edging with an end-grain appearance is available. The decor reference of these accent edges starts with a “Q”.
88 Worktop wall profiles
For all Postforming worktops and Feelwood worktops with edging, we offer matching worktop wall profiles in the format 4,100 × 25 × 25 mm individually packed in film. They enable a flush finish to the wall, e.g. in the case of irregular joints or existing tiles on the rear wall. Matching inside and outside corners as well as end caps are also available from stock packaged as sets.
Worktop connectors
16 mm PerfectSense Topmatt worktops and the 12 mm thin Compact worktops require the use of special fittings. These connectors, matched to the worktop thickness, are available from stock, are easy to install and ensure a secure worktop connection.

The sealing protects the corner joint against the penetration of moisture. It is available in the colours grey, white, black and brown.
Fastening set for sinks
The fastenings for sinks are generally designed for 38 mm thick worktops. A fastening set is available which allows you to fit sinks even on the thin PerfectSense Topmatt worktops and Compact worktops. It includes two solid wood fastening strips each in the format 1,000 / 500 × 20 × 16 mm as well as matching screws for the PerfectSense Topmatt worktops. In the case of Compact worktops, the cross-section is rotated and the skirting is glued.

90 Metal traverse for base cabinets
Hobs and sinks require cut-outs in the worktop. The worktop, as well as base units underneath, therefore require stabilisation. Metal traverses are a proven solution for this purpose. They are available as a set from stock for the cabinet widths 600 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, 1,000 mm and 1,200 mm.
