Cardio Kickboxing – A combination of traditional kickboxing moves to develop strength, power and cardiovascular fitness. Get all your aggressions out in this calorie workout! Cardio Aerobics – A sure fire way to burn those calories in a full body workout that will target all muscle groups. Family Zumba – Family Zumba is one way to incorporate exercise while having fun together. Here’s a great opportunity to improve the health of every member of the family by participating in easy-to-follow dance routines. Fight Fitness –Let our resident boxer/instructor show you some moves that will have you feeling like a pro boxer in no time! Indoor Cycling - Start pedaling for the ride of your life! This class uses the stationary bike for a cardiovascular workout that any fitness enthusiast or recreational cyclist can enjoy. Cycle-n- Sculpt – 90 minute of intense cardio and strength training in one. Start by racing your way to the top of the mountain, and then come off the bike for weight training exercises. The class is set to 20 minute intervals of each… cardio/strength/cardio/strength/core work Killer ABS! - 30 minutes of concentrated core development that will leave your abs feeling rock solid. Meditation – This 30min class is dedicated to the practice of meditation and its benefits. You will learn to quiet the mind by going within to obtain stillness and silence. Pilates – Pilates focuses on core muscle groups by emphasizing the abdominals and back. This class will help improve posture and create firm, sleek abs. Power Yoga – Take a deep breath and get ready to sweat!!! It may not be Hot Yoga, but it will leave you drenched and energized. Senior Conditioning – A low intensity total body workout that uses light weights and resistance bands to improve balance and coordination while preventing loss of muscle and bone density. SilverSneakers - A strength and conditioning class incorporating gradual, self-paced exercises that can be performed from a seated or standing position for balance and movement. Balls, bands, and weights are used to enhance skills utilized for daily living activities. Total Body Conditioning + Abs – The ultimate body conditioning class utilizing various pieces of equipment to sculpt and strengthen your muscles. Water Aerobics – A fun, water-based exercise class that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and gentle on the joints. An exhilarating experience! Water Fitness - This water fitness class is focused on providing aerobic, endurance and strength training. Participants work in the shallow and deep end of the pool with and without the use of resistance equipment to improve stamina, muscle tone, cardiovascular system, balance and overall flexibility. Knowing how to swim is not required. Wednesday Special –A new flavor every week… Whether you are an avid class-goer, an occasional attendee, or a newcomer, you will enjoy trying out something new every week. This 50 minute class changes every time we have it. It will either introduce you to new types of classes inconsistent with our weekly schedule, OR this class will allow you to sample a little bit of what we currently offer with the instructors’ showcasing their amazing talents. Yoga Barre - This unique fitness class targets the muscles in the core, glutes and thighs in a way few other workouts can achieve. Yoga Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet movements to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. Yoga Flow - This gentle sequenced pattern of poses and flow of movement help to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, circulation and respiratory function while also uniting the connection of mind and body. Zumba –Zumba combines high energy, captivating music with Latin inspired moves that will leave you asking for more! Think you’re not a dancer? No Problem! Zumba is a “feel good” workout geared toward all levels and the most fun you will have while getting in shape! Zumba Gold – Designed for the active older adult, the true beginner and/or people who are not used to exercising. The same great Latin music and dance moves are used get the heart rate up, burn calories all while having fun! .
