27 JVS Completion Ceremony

The 2006 Scioto County Joint Vocational School Completion Ceremony was held inside the gymnasium at Northwest High School. Four students from Green High School completed vocational programs this year: Andy Avery in Auto Body. Henry Mollett in Electricity, and Jonathan Whitt in Criminal Justice.
