Whereas a large number of persons including those affected by Covid-19 are in need of treatment and various Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Dispensaries (hereinafter referred as Healthcare Provider) registered under Bombay Nursing Home (Amendment) Act, 2006 are treating such patients. -- tvlulti- Whereas Civil Surgeon Gondia has recommended Ayush Critical Care & provide hea':- :are speciality Hospital , Near Hindi School Ground, Rail Toli Gondia to facilities to Covid-19 Patients. Healthcare Provider shall display at prominent place the details of rates applicable as per above Notification. lt is the duty of the concerned Healthcare of provlder to explain to the patient / relatives of the patient details of all types nharnoq The Healthcare Provider shall provide this infornration to District Magistrate and Surgeon, District Health Officer at a frequency prescribed by them 6 The package rate fixed in this notification for charging patients is inclusive of Doctor's fee & ihe Healthcare Provider concerned has the right to call such of its visiting Doctors to render the required service & pay such amount as it decides for the said services out of the package amount so charged. Any denial by the Doctors will attract penal action under various Statutes referred to in this notification including cancellation of MMC Registration. b. For PPE Kit maximum chargeable amount has been mentioned in Annexure-C. lf any of the items mentioned here are used for more than one patient then the prescribed cost may be divided among such patients. t. l-iealtlrcare Provider shall give pre-audited bill to the patient. lf at a later date it is foLrnd that extra charges have been levied then excess amount shall be reimbursed to the patient. 8. Nursing and other support staff working with the Healthcare Provider shall give full support and extend wholehearted cooperation for the smooth fr-irrctioning of the Healthcare Provider which comes under Maharashtra Essential Services Maintenance Act, 2005. Any group or union activities against the smooth functioning of the Healthcare Provider will attract penal Provision under the said Act. 9. Healthcare Provider shall take efforts to achieve its maximum capacity by appoirrting required staff. S\$ 10.1'he Healthcare Provider shall be responsible for procuring and stocking \e, ,rl r; Medical Oxygen for admitted patients at the facility. For that they will have to preferably set up their own in house oxygen generation plant at the earliest. 11.T1-re Healthcare Provider shall be responsible for providing essentials drugs incluciing Remdisivir inj to the admitted patients subject to guidelines of GoM under ref. 10 and '1 1. l2.Healthcare Provider shall run the Hospital in accordance with all prevalent Acts, Rules and Regulations under which Hospitals are required to be run and even all Circulars, Notifications issued by the CentraliState Government in respect of treatment of COVID-19 patients shall be binding, and for any breach of the same the Hospital shall be held liable. l3.Healthcare Provider shall follow ICMR/ Government guidelines for Admission, Treatment and Discharge of COVID-19 patients. Surgeon shall visit.these facilities time to time and report the status to the District Collector. l5.Healthcare Provider shall ensure adequate staff and Doctors to run the Hospital as per Maharashtra Nursing Home Registration (Amendment) Act 2006. The hospital should make available Ambulance to patients in case of Emergency referral. l6.Healthcare Provider shall ensure that all health care staff are trained in general hygienic practice, respiratory etiquettes, donning /doffing and proper disposal of PPEs and ensure proper Bio-medical Waste Management. lT.Healthcare Provider will be responsible for providing good quality food as per the extant FDA guidelines lB.Fever Treatment Center should be established and Hospital should try to install testing facility as soon as possible" 19.The Doctors, Nurses and Para-medics working in the wards must wear three layered surgical mask and gloves. The medical personnel working in lsolation Wards and Critical Care Facilities will wear full complement of PPE (including N95 masks). The support staff engaged in cleaning and disinfection will also tltV/ wear full complement of PPE. 20. Environmental cleaning should be done twice daily and consist of damp dusting and floor mopping with Lysol or other phenol disinfectants and cleaning of commonly touched surfaces with sodium hypochlorite solution. 21. Healthcare Provider should report daily to Collector office Gondia in the prescribed format about the admissions, discharge and death of Covid positive patients. 22.This order slrall be valid up to 31 May 2021 and may be extended depending upon the status of Covid- 19 Pandemic" 23. Section 144 of CRPC will be enforced in the hospital premises. Entry and Exit will be regulated accordingly. 24,Shri Jakkulwar AAO Collector Office Gondia hereby appolnted as Nodal Officer for overseeing the day to day activities of the Healthcare Provider" lt shall be mandatory on the part of Healthcare Provider to provide information sought by the Nodal Officer. lf the Healthcare Provider found violating this order or any provision of the Nortifrcation under reference 6 shall be deemed to have committed an offence and shall be liable for cancellation of registration of nursing home as 2005' act, 1897 and section 51 to 58 Disaster Management Act, Additional Collector, Gondia shall act as District Nodal Officer to comPliance of oversee the functioning of Healthcare Provider as also ensure rules & regulations.
