The world-renowned Fairmont San Francisco Hotel atop Nob Hill has been sold to a consortium led by an affiliate of Owner Mason Street Associates, LLC Oaktree Capital Management, LP, and real estate investor Michael Rosenfeld and Woodridge Capital Partners, LLC. The Developer Theresa Fair Oelrichs & Virginia Fair Vanderbilt; Herbert & Hartland Law hotel was purchased from Maritz, Wolff & Co., which acquired its investment in the hotel in 1998, in partnership with Kingdom Architect James W. and Merritt J. Reid; Ira Wilson Hoover; Julia Morgan Holding Company, which is retaining its interest.

® Title Insurance Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts , based in Toronto, Canada, will National Title Services, continue to manage the hotel.
