The Developer Theresa Fair Oelrichs & Virginia Fair Vanderbilt; Herbert & Hartland Law hotel was purchased from Maritz, Wolff & Co., which acquired its investment in the hotel in 1998, in partnership with Kingdom Architect James W. and Merritt J. Reid; Ira Wilson Hoover; Julia Morgan Holding Company, which is retaining its interest. ® Title Insurance Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts , based in Toronto, Canada, will National Title Services, continue to manage the hotel. The Fairmont San Francisco San Francisco, California opened in 1907.
