The program has three levels, BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD, and is open to anyone between the ages of 14 and 24. It is a voluntary program that encourages young people to set their own goals and work towards achieving them in the areas of community service, adventurous journey, skill development and physical fitness. Achievement at any level is an indication of a young person who is able to sustain a commitment, overcome personal challenge, has developed time management skills, and someone with a well-rounded area of interests and a commitment to their community. It also enhances any application to post-secondary education and is a significant addition to any resume.
