Some of Dominic’s prior successful development projects include two projects in the downtown and campus areas of Youngstown: the Flats at Wick student housing complex at 139 Madison Avenue and the urban mixed-use residential Erie Terminal Place at 112 W. Commerce Street. He also was the developer of Tuscany Estates, one of the most successful single-family residential developments between Pittsburgh and Cleveland. DOMINIC J. MARCHIONDA Dominic graduated from Mount Union College in 1982 with a B.S. in Marketing. Dominic was raised in Youngstown, Ohio and has resided in the for over 50 years where he has been witness to its rise, decline and ongoing revitalization.

Pan Brothers Associates, established in 1972, is a family owned real estate investment management, development, and brokerage company.

Pan Brothers currently owns and manages a diverse portfolio of properties consisting of residential and commercial buildings in New York, and Ohio.

PAN BROTHERS ASSOCIATES 5 Dominic C. Marchionda is the Director of Operations & Strategic Planning of NYO Property Group. He is responsible for the daily oversight and implementation of operations, marketing, commercial leasing, development and planning, financial management and construction.

Dominic most recently served as the Housing Program Coordinator for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation where he was responsible for the daily oversight and implementation of their acquisition and rehabilitation and limited repair programs, as well as other neighborhood planning initiatives.

Dominic holds a dual master degree from The Ohio State University in DOMINIC C. MARCHIONDA Urban Planning from the Knowlton School of Architecture and Public Policy from the John Glenn School of Pulic Affairs. He graduated from John Carroll University in 2009 with a B.A in Political Science. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Dominic currently resides in the downtown where he serves as a board member for Youngstown CityScape and Grow Youngstown.

Kelly is the Property Manager of NYO Property Group, and is a recent graduate of Youngstown State University’s MBA program. Under the director of the Director of Operations, Kelly manages the commercial and residential property management duties, ranging from rent roll, lease signing, marketing, public relations, customer services, maintenance coordination and work orders, tenant event planning and build-out coordination. Kelly was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley and is excited to see Youngstown grow!

KELLY PERSIN Nancy Mochtyak is the Comptroller for NYO Property Group, LLC. She is responsible for daily financial reporting and day-to-day financial activities. Nancy was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley a graduate of Youngstown State University with a BS in BA, major Accounting. She is very excited about the role that she will play to bring Youngstown back to life.

Patricia Loncar is an Administrative Assistant at NYO Property Group, LLC. She is responsible for daily financial reporting and assists with day-to-day office management, parking management and leasing. Patty was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley and is looking forward to witnessing the continued revitalization of Youngstown.

7 Kris North is the Office Coordinator for NYO Property Group, LLC. He is responsible for the management of our recently opened Urban Office Space at 16 Wick, and assists with customer service, public relations, marketing, and residential and commercial property management. In his downtime, Kris is the Executive Director of YOUnify, a theatre company focused on serving LGBTQIA and underprivileged youth throughout the Mahoning Valley through the arts. A resident of downtown Youngstown, Kris loves the opportunities presented by NYO to continue bettering our city and is excited to be a part of the solution.

KRIS NORTH

Scott has worked in the downtown for more than 10 years as a security guard and chief inspector for multiple companies. Many of you “downtowners” might know Scott as the Mayor, as he is usually the first one to arrive downtown each morning and the last one to leave. You can usually find Scott’s friendly smile at entrance of the Metropolitan National Savings and Trust Building on Central Square, more commonly known as the First National Bank building. If you see Scott, make sure to say hello and let him know if there is anything he can help you with, as there might not be anyone who knows the ins and outs of downtown as well as Scott.

SCOTT SKELTON John is the Construction and Maintenance Coordinator at NYO Property Group. John handles the day to day maintenance and repairs at all of our commercial and residential buildings. John is a master carpenter and a skilled tradesman in all areas of construction. .

JOHN FITCH

Domenic is the Safety and Grounds Coordinator of NYO Property Group, LLC. and is a 2008 graduate of Boardman High School as well as a 2013 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Youngstown State University’s BSAS Crim- inal Justice program. Domenic is responsible for conducting walkthroughs of all of NYO’s properties in the downtown area including the off campus student housing complex, The Flats at Wick, to ensure that there are no safety, mechanical, or other miscellaneous issues. Domenic is also re- sponsible for enforcing NYO’s parking policies on weekends. With near- ly 5 years private security and asset protection experience, along with his degree in Criminal Justice, Domenic is a vital member of the NYO team.

DOMENIC A. MARCHIONDA Nicholas is a Development and Planning intern at NYO. He is currently a Business Economics major at Youngstown State University and is on the Dean’s list and is a 2013 graduate from Poland Seminary High School. Nick’s responsibilities include, city planning and marketing. The revitalization of Youngstown is an interesting subject to him and he hopes to make a positive contribution to the renaissance of the city.

Sarah is a Graphic and Interactive Design Intern at NYO. Recently graduated from Youngstown State University, with a degree in Graphic and Interactive Design, she uses her skills to create a memorable branded presence for NYO Property Group. Born and raised in the Youngstown area, graduating from Boardman High School in 2009, Sarah is very enthusiastic about bringing the downtown area back to life.

SARAH DELLIQUADRI Emily is a Graphic and Interactive Design Intern at NYO. Born and raised in the Youngstown area, she graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in 2011 and continued her education to Youngstown State University. She is in her fourth year majoring in Graphic and Interactive Design. Emily is very excited to be a part of such an innovative team and the part she plays in bringing Youngstown back. .

O’Keal Gist is a Marketing Intern at NYO and is a junior Marketing Major at Youngstown State University. He is from Akron, Ohio and graduated from Ellet High School in 2012.
