Brigid O’Dea Report of the Áras Attracta Swinford Review Group July 2016 __ Following the broadcast of the Prime Time programme ‘Inside Bungalow 3’ by RTE, the Áras Attracta Swinford Review Group was established by the Health Service Executive to undertake an independent review of the quality of care being provided in Áras Attracta. The findings of the Review Group are presented over a series of three reports. What matters most sets out the findings of the Review Group in relation to Áras Attracta itself. It includes recommendations relating to Áras Attracta management, actions for the HSE at a national level, and a ‘road map’ to guide all managers of congregated settings as they move towards decongregation. Time for action deals with the wider system of service provision for people with a disability, and proposes a range of actions including 55 priority actions that emerged from a national process of consultation with stakeholders involved in disability services and the wider public. -

The course was based on the idea that in the historical epoch inaugurated by the French and Industrial revolutions, socialism and nationalism addressed very similar—if not identical—ques- tions, but gave different answers to them, provided competing programs for their realization, and in general, offered alternative visions of the world. -

Rock Album Discography Last up-date: September 27th, 2021 Rock Album Discography “Music was my first love, and it will be my last” was the first line of the virteous song “Music” on the album “Rebel”, which was produced by Alan Parson, sung by John Miles, and released I n 1976. From my point of view, there is no other citation, which more properly expresses the emotional impact of music to human beings. People come and go, but music remains forever, since acoustic waves are not bound to matter like monuments, paintings, or sculptures. In contrast, music as sound in general is transmitted by matter vibrations and can be reproduced independent of space and time. In this way, music is able to connect humans from the earliest high cultures to people of our present societies all over the world. Music is indeed a universal language and likely not restricted to our planetary society. The importance of music to the human society is also underlined by the Voyager mission: Both Voyager spacecrafts, which were launched at August 20th and September 05th, 1977, are bound for the stars, now, after their visits to the outer planets of our solar system (mission status: https://voyager.jpl.nasa.gov/mission/status/). They carry a gold- plated copper phonograph record, which comprises 90 minutes of music selected from all cultures next to sounds, spoken messages, and images from our planet Earth. There is rather little hope that any extraterrestrial form of life will ever come along the Voyager spacecrafts. But if this is yet going to happen they are likely able to understand the sound of music from these records at least. -

Pillsbury is an iconic brand, with a nearly 150-year history of helping families make memories through food. But, in 2017, after a 4.4 point loss in penetration, the brand realized it had lost its way. To reignite love for the brand, Pillsbury needed to cultivate deep consumer empathy and prove that the brand understood what mattered to them. Ethnographies uncovered the insight that home is a haven for unity in a divided world, a place where making memories together strengthens shared values. The resulting advertising campaign celebrated the shared belief that what matters most is “Made at Home.” The campaign produced remarkable results in Year 1 (Sept ‘17–Jan ‘18) and built even more strength in Year 2 (Sept ‘18-Jan ‘19).
