Notice inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing Smart Class in Schools (Short Term)

District Administration has sanctioned installation of Smart Class in different school of East Singhbhum district under District Innovative Fund. Expression of Interest (EoI) for installation of smart class is hereby invited from reputed firms/ companies/ agencies. Interested firms/ companies/ agencies are requested to submit the EOI by post (Registered / Speed) or by hand at the office of the District Education Officer, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur-831001 (Jharkhand) latest by 14th October, 2019 upto 03:00 pm.

6. Manufacturer of the device should be ISO 9001 : 2008 7. Warranty on device : 3 years from date of installation. 8. Maintenance and updation of Smart Class and digital education: upto 3 years 9. Last date for receipt of EOI (*Technical and Financial bid in separate sealed envelope) : 14th October, 2019 (03:00pm) 10. No advance payment shall be made in any case. 11. The authority reserves the right to approve rates of more than one bidder declaring them as "Successful Tenderers" and split the work order during the period under reference. 12. The authority further reserves the right to reject, accept or prefer any tender in part or full and is not bound to accept the lowest rates or any workable rates in view of the quality and prevailing local market rates without assigning any reason whatsoever at any stage. 13. The quantity mentioned in the EOI Format is indicative in nature and can be increased/ decreased according to need. 14. Provisions of Jharkhand Purchase Policy-2014 will be applicable in the EOI. 15. All bidder must arrange demonstration of device at the time of opening of bid.

*TECHNICAL BID ENVELOP

The technical bid envelop must contains :-

1. Earnest Money Deposit EMD of INR 2,00,000.00 (Rupees Two Lacs only), in the form of Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee in favour of The Deputy Development Commissioner, East Singhbhum 2. Copy of GST registration and up to date clearance. 3. PAN Card and copy of ITR filed in last three year (FY : 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19) 4. The audit report of last three years. 5. Affidavit stating that the firm/ agency is not blacklisted. 6. Certified copy of turnover certificate (The applicant should have minimum average turnover of Rs.10.00 crores in last three financial years 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19. This must be certified by the Chartered Accountant) 7. Certified copy of authorized dealers/ authorisation certificate of company. 8. The bidder must provide Manufacturer Authorization forms (MAFs) from all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). 9. The bidder should have experience in establishing & running minimum 150 Smart Class Project in Govt./ PSU/ Municipal Corporation Schools.
