Jika ya, apakah status terkini tersebut, jika tidak, mengapa. JAWAPAN: YB SENATOR DATUK PAUL LOW SENG KUAN MENTERI DI JABATAN PERDANA MENTERI Tuan Yang di-Pertua, Untuk makluman Yang Berhormat, pihak Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) telah meneliti maklumat seperti yang dinyatakan. Daripada penelitian yang dibuat oleh Jawatankuasa Menilai Maklumat SPRM didapati maklumat yang diterima tidak jelas dan tiada unsur-unsur yang membolehkan tindakan siasatan dibuat ke atas parti PAS. Bagaimanapun, SPRM mengalu-alukan sekiranya mana-mana orang yang mempunyai maklumat berkaitan dengan isu yang dib()ngkitkan ini hendak melaporkannya kepada pihak SPRM. Datuk Wee Jeck Seng [ Tanjong Piai ] minta MENTERI KESEJAHTERAAN BANDAR, PERUMAHAN DAN KERAJAAN TEMPATAN menyatakan apakah langkah jangka panjang Kementerian untuk menangani masalah pelupusan sisa pepejal di Kawasan Pekan Nanas kerana menjadikan tapak sedia ada sebagai "transfer station" bukanlah penyelesaian menyeluruh. 1 JAWAPAN :- Tuan Yang di-Pertua, Untuk makluman Ahli Yang Berhormat, langkah jangka masa panjang Kementerian untuk menangani masalah pelupusan sisa pepejal di kawasan Pekan Nanas adalah membina sebuah Stesen Pemindahan Sisa Pepejal bersebelahan dengan Tapak Pelupusan Sisa Pepejal sedia ada di Kg Ayer Putih, Pekan Nanas, Pontian yang mana sisa dari tapak ini akan dihantar ke Tapak Pelupusan Sisa Pepejal Sanitari Seelong, Kulai, Johar. Stesen pemindahan sisa pepejal ini dijangka dapat beroperasi selewat-lewatnya menjelang tahun 2020. Perancangan Kementerian untuk membina Stesen Pemindahan Sisa Pepejal ini dilihat sebagai satu penyelesaian menyeluruh dalam menangani masalah pengurusan sisa pepejal di Pekan Nanas terutamanya dalam menangani masalah pencemaran bau kerana sisa tidak akan lagi dilupuskan di tapak berkenaan tetapi akan dibawa ke Tapak Pelupusan Sisa Pepejal Sanitari di Seelong, Kulai Johar. Pembinaan Stesen 2 Pemindahan Sisa Pepejal ini dijangka akan bermula pada Februari 2018 dan akan mengambil masa selama 18 bulan untuk siap. Berdasarkan perancangan Kementerian Kesejahteraan Bandar, Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT), sisa pepejal yang dihasilkan di kawasan seliaan Majlis Daerah Pontian sebanyak 230 tan ·sehari akan dihantar ke Tapak Pelupusan Sisa Pepejal Sanitari, Seelong, Johor untuk dilupuskan. Memandangkan terdapat tambahan jarak penghantaran sisa daripada tapak sedia ada (Tapak Pelupusan Sisa Pepejal Ayer Putih) sebanyak 50km, maka sebuah stesen pemindahan sisa pepejal akan disediakan atas justifikasi berikut: (i) menjimatkan kos pengangkutan yang perlu ditanggung oleh pihak Kerajaan; dan (ii) mengurangkan kesesakan lalu lintas ke tapak pelupusan Tapak Pelupusan Sisa Pepejal Sanitari, Seelong, Johor. Untuk makluman Ahli yang Berhormat juga, sebagai langkah jangka panjang bagi menyelesaikan masalah pelupusan sisa pepejal di kawasan 3 Pekan Nanas, Kerajaan juga sedang menggalakkan usaha-usaha seperti berikut: (i) mempergiat dan memperkemaskan kempen 3R di sekolah- sekolah dan tadika; (ii) melaksanakan dan memperluaskan kempen pengasingan sisa pepejal di punca ke sektor industri, komersial dan institusi; (iii) mempertimbangkan pelaksanaan konsep 'Pay as You Throw' bagi menggalakkan masyarakat mengurangkan penjanaan sisa; dan (iv) memperkenalkan mekanisma baharu bagi mengurangkan penjanaan sisa makanan seperti mewajibkan pihak industri dan restoran merawat sisa makanan di punca menggunakan teknologi kompos atau anearobic digester. The study aimed to explore the prospects of agrotourism among youth in Malaysia. The objective of this study is to identify the interests and needs of young people while visiting agrotourism destinations. The study focuses on a town called Pekan Nanas, Malaysia, famous for its pineapple production. Three methods employed in the study are surveys, interviews, and document analysis. The findings show that youths enjoy agrotourism with family and friends in large numbers. To attract youth, consistent promotion and marketing need to be carried out to get the information they need. In addition, interesting activities need to be enhanced, and basic amenities should be sufficient for tourist use. This paper is hoped to provide valuable information as a baseline study to help tourism-related authorities improve the current situation in Pekan Nanas.
