The following list of Georgian cities is divided into three separate lists for Georgia itself, and the disputed territories of and . Although not recognized by most countries, Abkhazia and South Ossetia are de facto independent since, respectively, 1992 and 1991 and occupied by since 2008 Russo-Georgian War.

The list also does not include cities and towns in the disputed territories ofAbkhazia and South Ossetia. The intent to construct , a new city on Georgia's littoral, was unveiled by on December 4, 2011. The construction was scheduled to be launched in 2012.[2]
