A Museum Spreading “the Heart of Japan” Broadly and Deeply through Sake Brewing Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co. Ltd.

Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co. Ltd. has opened its old brewery as museum. It displays antique brewing tools and mannequins posing in brewing work and having a meal in three-dimensional style to introduce a brewer’s ordinary life. The company has been spreading “the heart of Japan” broadly and deeply through the world of brewing. At the Museum ・Brochures explaining the brewing process in English, Korean and traditional Chinese. ・A short film is screened explaining the history of Hakutsuru in English, Korean, and Chinese; reservations are required. ・A video about the brewing process is presented in English. ・Tax-free service is accepted in the shop. ・Enjoy tastings and sales of special Junmai-shu Kurazake (pure rice sake) made 100% from rice grown in Hyogo, and Hakutsuru Marugotoshibori Nigori Yuzusyu (citrus fruit sake), made 100% from of yuzu grown in Japan. 30 min. by train 30 min. by train
