A Museum Spreading “the Heart of Japan” Broadly and Deeply through Sake Brewing Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co. Ltd. Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co. Ltd. has opened its old brewery as museum. It displays antique brewing tools and mannequins posing in brewing work and having a meal in three-dimensional style to introduce a brewer’s ordinary life. The company has been spreading “the heart of Japan” broadly and deeply through the world of brewing.
