We have different clubs and groups. Why not enquire about one of our many activities or access one of our many services? Enjoy being surrounded by like-minded people with shared interests. On Wednesday 31 January, our Friendship Group had a very Friendship Group out and about interesting excursion and tour of the Gippsland Mushroom Farm. Not ‘mush room’ The farm is located on the Loch- in here! Wonthaggi Road in Ryanston and is owned and run by Chris Puyol and his partner Anne Marie. The group was given a guided tour of the facility, which included the growing rooms of the various stages of the mushrooms. The health benefits of mushrooms were also explained and members of the group tried samples of the different varieties. If you would like to sample these super fresh mushrooms, Gippsland Some of the group browsing Mushrooms will be at our Autumn through the mushroom rooms. Festival on Saturday 3 March.
