It is known as The Lake District National Park Authority (Fix the Fells path 243030/407026, Scale Beck to Red Pike, Parishes of Loweswater and Ennerdale & Kinniside.) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2013. The Order is dated 7 May 2013 and proposes to divert a footpath from the western side of Scale Beck to the east and the continuation towards Red Pike onto a more north- easterly alignment in the vicinity of Lingcomb Edge, as shown in the Order plan and described in the Order Schedule.
