It is known as The Lake District National Park Authority (Fix the Fells path 243030/407026, Scale Beck to Red Pike, Parishes of Loweswater and Ennerdale & Kinniside.) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2013. The Order is dated 7 May 2013 and proposes to divert a footpath from the western side of Scale Beck to the east and the continuation towards Red Pike onto a more north- easterly alignment in the vicinity of Lingcomb Edge, as shown in the Order plan and described in the Order Schedule. There was one objection outstanding when the Lake District National Park Authority submitted the Order to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation. Summary of Decision: The Order is confirmed subject to modifications set out in the Formal Decision.
