Cancellation Penalties Responsibilities: Cancellations prior to April 1, 2016 will receive refund of tour deposit minus $250 administrative fee; full $500 deposit will be retained for cancellations from April 2 through July 1, 2016. Cancellations July 2 through August 1, 2016 will receive a 50% refund of total land portion of package; no-shows/cancellations after August 1, 2016 are entirely non-refundable. Cost of insurance is non-refundable.
