C 205/4 EN Official Journal of the European Union 9.6.2016 NOTICES FROM MEMBER STATES Communication from the Minister for National Development of Hungary pursuant to Article 3(2) of Directive 94/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conditions for granting and using authorisations for the prospection, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (2016/C 205/05) PUBLIC INVITATION TO TENDER FOR A CONCESSION FOR THE PROSPECTION, EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBON UNDER CONCESSION IN THE BUCSA AREA On behalf of the Hungarian State, the Minister for National Development (‘the Contracting Authority’ or ‘the Minister’) as the minister responsible for mining and for overseeing state-owned assets hereby issues a p ublic invitation to tender for the prospection, exploration and production of hydrocarbon under a concession contract on the basis of Act CXCVI of 2011 on national assets (‘the National Assets Act’), Act XVI of 1991 on Concessions (‘the Concessions Act’) and Act XLVIII of 1993 on mining (‘the Mining Act’), subject to the following conditions. 1. The Minister will publish the invitation to tender, adjudge the bids and conclude the concession contract in coopera tion with the Hungarian Office for Mining and Geology (Magyar Bányászati és Földtani Hivatal) in accordance with the Concessions Act and the Mining Act. Bids that meet the tender specifications will be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee set up by the Minister. On the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee the Minister will issue the decision awarding the concession, on the basis of which the Minister may then conclude the concession contract with the successful bidder in accordance with Section 5(1) of the Concessions Act (1). -

Certain characteristics of financial management strategies of people living in extreme poverty Balázs Bazsalya 29.05.2020 Sociologist, Research team member of the ’Financial and Public Services’ research project at Corvinus University of Budapest Abstract This study presents the structure of financial management of incomes, expenses, and borrowing practices of households in extreme poverty, based on a survey conducted in two disadvantaged regions in Hungary. Additional to that, I shed light on financial management practices of households in extreme poverty based on the analysis of in-depth interviews. I draw theoretical conclusions and explanations, building upon the experiences of empiric materials about the attitudes and behaviors of financial management of households in extreme poverty, and the reasons and consequences thereof. Introduction and theoretical background Extreme poverty is not such a concept, that would have an exact definition in the literature. It is used as an everyday expression to describe people who find it hard or even impossible to sustain basic living conditions in a long term. However, describing living conditions might differ in time or by region. Evidently, basic needs were defined differently a few decades ago than what they are now, and those mean something else in an American or European city in comparison to a village in Asia or Africa. -

Physical, chemical and/or organoleptic characteristics Chemical and physical properties: ‘Nagykunsági szilvapálinka’ has a minimum alcoholic strength of 40,0 % V/V, a maximum permitted methanol content of 1 200 g/hl of 100 % vol. alcohol, and a volatile substance content of at least 200 g/hl of 100 % vol. alcohol. Organoleptic characteristics: ‘Nagykunsági szilvapálinka’: It has a clear colour. It has a clean, discretely aromatic, plum aroma, with a delicate spiciness in addition to floral notes. Alongside the notes of plum, it has a characteristically spicy taste, with a slight sourness, and muted notes of marzipan and jam. ‘Nagykunsági szilvapálinka’, ‘érlelt’ [matured]: It has a clear colour, ranging from deep straw-yellow to golden yellow.
