Lr.Dt: 01-12-2017 of Mis Tulip Granites (P) Ltd. * * * In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 7(B) of Telangana State Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 vide G.O.Ms.No.48 Ind. &Com.,[M.I] Dept., Dt: 26.07.2017, I hereby scrutinized the Combined Quarry Plan prepared by Sri. V.T. Chander, RQP for Colour Granite over an extent of (1.74 + 3.84) 5.58 Hectares in Sy.No.469 & 471 of Nagulamalyal (Vg) Kothapally (M) Karimnagar District applied by Mis Tulip Granites (P) Ltd for the period of 4 years i.e., 2017-18 to 2020-21. The Scrutinize of Combined Quarry Plan is subject to the following conditions. 1. The Quarry operations shall be undertake in accordance with the self certified Combined Quarry Plan. 2. The modification to self certified Combined Quarry Plan during the operation of Quarry Lease shall be required prior Scrutiny of Deputy Director. 3. The lessee shall keep all records pertaining to Combined Quarry Plan, Working Plans, Sections and other related documents at Quarry site and produce readily to the inspecting officers. 4. This Combined Quarry Plan is scrutinized without prejudice to any other laws applicable to the quarry area from time to time whether made by the Central Government, State Government or any other authority. 5. The applicant and RQP are responsible for Concealed /Suppressed/ Circumvented/ Misrepresented in the Combined Quarry Plan which may directly or indirectly affect the implementation of the Scrutinized Combined Quarry Plan for execution of the work in the field. 6. It is clarified that this scrutiny of Combined Quarry Plan does not in any way imply the scrutiny of the Government in terms of any other provisions of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, or the Telangana State Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 or Granite Conservation and Development Rules, 1999, Mineral Conservation and Development Rule' 1988 and any other laws including the Forest Conservation Act, 1980. 7. This Combined Quarry Plan is scrutinised subject to strictly adhering to the relevant Regulations ofMMR' 1961 and obtaining prior permission from the Director General Mine Safety whenever and wherever it is required. 8. The Scrutiny authority does not owe the responsibility with regard to erroneous certificate made by the RQP if any and scrutiny is tentative subject to modifications on new findings at a later date, since the evaluation is done on random basis. 9. The applicant I lessee shall safeguard the structures, public buildings, roads, railway line, electric line and water bodies exists ifany as per regulations ofMMR' 1961. 10. At any stage, if it is observed that the information furnished, data incorporated in the document are incorrect or misrepresent facts, the scrutiny of the document shall be revoked with immediate effect.
