This is to inform that Suzlon has secured a new order of 252 MW with CLP India. The detailed press release for the same is attached herewith.

This is to also inform that the Company has completed the formalities for termination of an order of 500 MW with Torrent Power. Please note that the Company’s order book already excludes the 500 MW cancelled order of Torrent Power, which was removed from the order book since Q3 FY20 on account of teething troubles of land, power evacuation and other constraints.

 To supply 120 units of S120-140m HLT with rated capacity of 2.1 MW each  Project to be completed in 2022 in Sidhpur, with total installed capacity of 252 MW  Part of bid won by CLP India under Wind Tranche VIII Bid issued by SECI  Suzlon’s scope: Limited scope of Supply, Foundation, Erection and Commissioning, along with Operation and maintenance thereafter for respective scope  A project of this size can provide electricity to ~1.83 lakhs households and curb ~8.28 lakhs tonnes of CO2 emissions per year

Pune, India: Suzlon Group, India’s largest solutions provider, today announced its new order win for development of a 252 MW project from CLP India. Suzlon will install 120 units of S120-140m generators (WTGs) with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower, with rated capacity of 2.1 MW each. The project is located in Sidhpur, Gujarat and is expected to be commissioned in 2022.

Suzlon will execute the project with a scope of supply, foundation, erection and commissioning. Suzlon will also provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services post commissioning.

The S120-140m WTGs feature the time tested Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) technology that efficiently integrates wind turbines into the utility network, to meet the grid requirements. Suzlon's next

generation turbines are designed to optimally harness wind resources at higher altitudes making low wind sites viable.
