    REGLEMENT COMPLET JEU AVEC OBLIGATION D’ACHAT « Les Bonnes Affaires » Article 1 : Société Organisatrice La Société Mondelez France SAS, Société par Actions Simplifiée au capital de 4.251.936 euros, enregistrée sous le numéro 808 234 801 RCS Nanterre, dont le siège social se trouve 6 Avenue Réaumur - 92140 Clamart (Ci-après la « Société Organisatrice ») organise un jeu intitulé « Les Bonnes Affaires » (Ci-après le « Jeu »). Article 2 : Supports du Jeu Le Jeu se déroulera du 31 décembre 2020 à 00h01 au 09 mars 2021 inclus (date et heures de Paris, l’horodatage du serveur utilisé par ou pour le compte de la Société Organisatrice faisant foi) et sera annoncé sur tous supports présents (distribution de tracts et publicités sur lieu de vente) dans les magasins des Enseignes Participantes précisées en Annexe 2 « Enseignes Participantes » du présent règlement. Article 3 : Conditions de participation Le Jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure (à la date de participation au Jeu) résidant en France métropolitaine (Corse comprise) et dans les DROM, et possédant un téléphone portable et un abonnement de téléphonie mobile chez l’un des opérateurs français, à l’exclusion des membres du personnel de la Société Organisatrice, des points de vente et de leurs familles respectives, ainsi que toute entité ayant participé directement ou indirectement à la conception, l’organisation, la réalisation et/ou la gestion du Jeu. Article 4 : Dotations 4.1 : Définition des dotations A gagner pendant toute la durée du Jeu : - 345 dotations comprenant deux lots de chèques-cadeaux (un envoi par voie postale de 2 chéquiers d’une valeur unitaire commerciale de 50€ et composés chacun de 5 chèques de 10€) valables du 31 décembre 2020 au 30 juin 2021 dans les enseignes participantes mentionnées sur le chéquier pour chacun des 345 Gagnants, d’une valeur commerciale unitaire totale de 100€ TTC.
